Our head office & showroom is located at Nerang on the Gold Coast, Queensland.

BY APPOINTMENT ONLY
The showroom is arranged to accommodate our corporate, or agency clients for the purpose of inspecting and assessing our stab vests, collecting orders, or receiving a demonstration from us to validate the effectiveness of the stab protection materials before placing an order for themselves or their organisation. We do not currently undertake appointments for individual customers, however individual orders are ok to be picked up from our office by arrangement if in stock.
Please note, we do not have payment facilities onsite and all orders are via our online web sites, or via an invoice. Cleared payment is required before pickups by individuals so please allow 2 to 3 days for clearing of funds to us, if paying via our online store/s.

Director bio:

John is a former veteran of the Australian Army and served as a specialist Airborne rappeler in an airmobile unit within the 6th Battalion, Royal Australian Regiment during the 1980s. With over 35 years of experience in armed security, and private investigations, he has owned and operated security businesses throughout Queensland. John's expertise includes conducting surveillance operations for various clients such as the Qld workers compensation board, NZI insurance, as well as many private domestic assignments.

Furthermore, John was a certified instructor in pressure points and control tactics (PPCT) as well as spontaneous knife defense qualifications from his time serving as a security and defensive tactics instructor at Security Institute on the Gold Coast. His wealth of knowledge ensures that law enforcement and security agencies seeking quality equipment can rely on him for providing superior gear.

Notably, John possesses excellent communication skills which enable him to converse fluently with experienced law enforcement operators regarding Response Wear's range of stab vests and other equipment.
