Shipping policy

General shipping is via standard shipping parcel using Australia Post. Large orders may be sent using one of our authorised courier services. we cannot be responsible for delays or loss of product once we have shipped your product, however if you do not receive your product after 7 business days of advised shipping date please contact us so that we can assist you in locating the parcel. All products are sent without insurance, if you require insurance please let us know before ordering so that we can send you an insurance rate.
