The technology used to make our stab protection vests and other stab-proof garments is innovative and unique throughout the world. After many years of intensive research, we have succeeded in manufacturing a textile composite that is safe, light and flexible at the same time. Our under vest weighs only approx. 1.3 kg, for example. The protective layer is made of a high-strength aramid fabric to which a special plastic is inseparably applied. The high strength fibres and the energy absorbing plastic mean that the specific properties of this composite even exceed those of stainless steel plates. The weight is approx. 4.5 times lower than for a comparably thick stainless steel plate. We have taken the armadillo as a model to ensure flexibility and breathability. Just like this armoured mammal, we make use of an overlapping scaly structure. However, our scaly structure differs from that of other suppliers in that it is not possible to push it apart. This allows us to achieve a high degree of safety in combination with maximum flexibility.

Our under vests are ideal for wearing under a shirt inconspicuously. The self-adjusting shape of the vests makes them ideal for both men and women. The patent-pending process gives our stab protection vests an extremely light, breathable and highly flexible design. They are also stab resistant to knives, blades and probes. In addition, our stab protection vests feature a very large protective area. This provides the best possible protection especially for the lower abdominal area, which cannot be covered by rigid vests. Genuine all-round protection for the upper body and all vital organs.

The breathable and lightweight outer fabric made of resistant polyamide fibres is capable of optimally absorbing sweat and moisture and dries quickly. The outer fabric can be washed in the washing machine to ensure flawless and hygienic cleaning.

There are many different possible uses for our stab-resistant textiles. Whether private or government security forces, whether police, law enforcement or security – they all require effective self-protection equipment against knives, probes and other stabbing weapons. Our products can be used in many areas thanks to their many advantages.

Business people requiring protection and their bodyguards can wear our inconspicuous, breathable vests under a suit without the worry of sweating. Inspectors, guards and crowd controllers do not feel any heavy load on their shoulders even after hours of use thanks to the low weight of our stab protection vests. Rescue workers and paramedics can react flexibly to ongoing situations and threats with the movable composite scales, which offer premium protection.

Metal plates may very well repel piercing attacks. But they have the major disadvantage that they are heavy, inflexible and not breathable.

Kevlar material, which is often used in bulletproof vests, is only puncture-proof to a limited extent. This is where the bicycle spoke poses a very great threat. With a diameter of less than 2 mm, the spoke can easily pierce itself. Once the protective layer has been pierced, the spoke can penetrate further without being stopped. This is different from a knife, which has a cross-section that is at least 10 times higher and is therefore easier to stop.

That is why such vests are often also provided with a metal ring mesh. This can hold off knives well, but the bicycle spoke can easily penetrate the rings.

Our stab protection material consists of composite plates that are attached to an aramid fabric. Thanks to the patent-pending technology, neither knives, needles nor bicycle spokes can penetrate the material and yet it is light, flexible and breathable.
